Daily Sales & Khata Book — Small Shop Sales Register with Udhaar Tracker (HTML/CSS/JS)

Daily Sales & Khata Book — Small Shop Sales Register

A simple sales register for small shops, kirana stores and local businesses. Record every sale in seconds, see total sales, cash collected and pending Udhaar at a glance — no server, no sign-up, no monthly fee. Your data stays in your own browser.

Features

• Live summary cards: Total Sales, Cash + UPI Collected, Udhaar Outstanding and Today's Sales — all computed automatically from your entries.
• Udhaar tracker: Cash/UPI sales are marked Paid automatically; Udhaar sales stay "pending" until you click Mark Paid when the customer pays (vasool).
• Search & filters: find any customer or item instantly, filter by Cash / UPI / Udhaar, or show only pending Udhaar.
• Export & print: one-click CSV export for your accountant, plus a print-friendly register layout.
• Works offline, zero setup: pure HTML/CSS/JS with localStorage — just open index.html in any browser. Mobile-friendly too.
• Demo data included: a "Load demo data" button fills realistic entries so you can try every feature before entering real sales.

What's Inside

index.html, style.css, app.js, README.txt (setup + usage guide). Open index.html — that's the whole setup.

Perfect For

Kirana stores, small retailers, mobile shops, and any local business that still tracks sales in a paper notebook and wants a free digital khata.
